MULESHOE, Texas – A water tank explosion in a Texas corn flour plant left 3 workers injured.

Investigators tried to determine the cause of the explosion at the flour plant in the Texas Panhandle. The incident took place Wednesday at the Minsa Corporation plant in Muleshoe.

Two workers, from among the three injured, were transported to a hospital in Lubbock, which is around 60 miles southeast of Muleshoe. The third worker was taken to a hospital in Muleshoe for treatment.

Details of the workers were not immediately available on Thursday and an update on their conditions was also not available.
