One Injured In 2 Vehicle Accident In Texas County
The accident that occurred on Friday at 3:45pm between 2 vehicles left one individual seriously injured.
34-year-old Gaspar Larios-Lopez was behind the wheel of a 2007 Toyota, which was travelling east-bound on County road V. The person behind the wheel of the other vehicle that was involved in the accident was 21-year-old Calvin William McKinney, who was going northbound on Mile 32. Both vehicles failed to stop at their stop signs and hit each other.
30-year-old Gebresilase Tekle Hailemarian was riding in Toyota, who suffered life-threatening spinal injuries in the accident for which she was rushed to Memorial Hospital of Texas County in Guymon.
The drivers of both vehicles didn’t sustain any injury as they were wearing seatbelts.
