34-Year-Old Woman Charged In Deadly Central Texas Highway Accident
BOSQUE COUNTY, Texas – On Friday, 34-year-old Nicolette Deaguero was released on Bond who was taken into custody after a two-vehicle highway accident that happened in Bosque County in which a woman died.
On Thursday morning, a two-vehicle accident occurred on Texas Highway 6 in which 64-year-old Nancy Aycock died.
Deaguero’s charges included DWI and criminally negligent homicide.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety spokesman, Deaguero was given treatment for non-life threatening injuries he sustained in the accident and was taken into custody.
She was transferred to the Bosque County Jail. The amount of his bond was not made public yet.
