FORT WORTH – According to the authorities, 3 individuals died and 4 others sustained injuries in an accident that happened on Sunday in north Fort Worth.

A white Honda Civic lost its control and came in the way of oncoming traffic due to which it was struck by a truck.

The location of the accident was 9798 Blue Mound Road near the intersection of U.S. 287 and the timing was 8:00 p.m.

There were a total 6 individuals travelling in the Honda of which 4 were in the back seat, including an infant. The 2 individuals in the front seats were pronounced dead at the accident spot. All others sustained injuries for which they were rushed to the hospital.

A 3rd car was also involved in the accident, which was a pickup truck which was read-ended but luckily, the person behind its wheel didn’t sustain any injury.

The case is still under investigation.
